1. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the Free Goldback Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), facilitated and sponsored by Goldback, Inc (“Goldback”) and/or any of it’s affiliates, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any references to “FreeGoldback.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Goldback, Inc., the legal entity responsible for this Giveaway.

 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Limit one entry per household.

 

3. Participation Requirements

To participate, complete the giveaway entry form available at FreeGoldback.com, providing accurate and complete details including your full name, mailing address, and email address.

 

4. Use of Information

Your personal information will be used solely for the distribution of your free Goldback and related promotional communications about Goldback, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants outside of Florida must consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information with third parties, including distributors, for promotional purposes related to Goldback.

 

5. Distribution and Delivery

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your free Goldback.

 

6. Rights and Conditions

Goldback, Inc. and/or any affiliates facilitating this giveaway reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. Additionally, Goldback, Inc. and/or any of it’s affiliates reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse or cancel participation for any individual if it suspects fraud, misuse, or abuse of the giveaway.
